SIMPLIFIED EDITING

Designed for the poweruser, the unique button layout allows coaches to be quick to edit and delete an entry. Specific buttons float for toggle navigation of program lists, notes, text journal and analytics. Also viewing previous or future dates is fast!

Both coaches and clients can add notes to every workout to broaden and enhance the details of the program.

INPUTTING, PROGRESS & PRs

We designed our input section to accommodate many types of annotation styles. Most lifters perform only 3 to 4 sets but advanced lifters such as Weightlifters and Strength lifters often perform multiple sets requiring the same weight.

You can get a visual graph on how much volume is produced of two categories along with a display of your Personal Records (PR) and when that happened.

COACH PROGRAMS & VIDEOS

When a coach enables a specific program for a client, they have the ability to multi-select exercises and send them into the journal which includes inputs of recent weight amounts, reps, sets and notes, if any.

Videos are accessible throughout several modules. You can add YouTube URL links within the interface itself.

NUTRITION

Unlike most workout trackers, EfitX includes a nutrition consulting menu interface. Qualified coaches can create up to 5 menus. Each menu displays label-like macronutrients. Also you can view the totals of the entire day versus the client's goals.
MEASURING THE BEYOND

UNIQUE VOLUME TRACKING

Perhaps the only application today with Volume Tracking, EfitX takes workout progressions to another level. Volume is classified into two categories: Strength and Endurance. Visually see how much volume is produced from workout to workout. You can display progress between date ranges at any desired time frame within the client's workout history. Also you can view a comparison on how the client is performing toward their goals.

STRENGTH SYMMETRY

Also, EfitX is perhaps the only application today that measures Strength Symmetry. EfitX recognizes the types of movements performed based on physiology and kinetic science. Coaches can analyze whether their clients are exercising a balance of agonistic and antagonistic groups. This promotes and improves Dynamic Joint Stability. Further, this data can help utilize methods to break fitness plateaus.

STACK AND GROUPS

Another exclusive EfitX feature is the measurement of stacks. The more effective the exercise, the more higher the stack. To determine this, we've done research to classify these attributes within our exercise catalog. Exercises were analyzed by determining levels of mass ratio, compound movements, and involved motor units of each movement. We also created our own Body Weight Factor (BWF) measurement to adjust to passive calisthenic movements and to adjust exercises with variable ranges of motion.

BENCHMARKS ANALYSIS

"Is the amount I deadlift any good?"

Clients often ask similar questions but we have discovered most coaches could not reference a legitimate answer. Now, you and your client can easily view benchmark standards from some of the most popular barbell exercises. EfitX has integrated strength standards from several resources. The tool accesses the client's Personal Best and displays their status versus these standards. This is a great client motivational tool too!

PREDICTING

One of the most valuable features of EfitX is the predictive smart engine also referred to as EfitBot. This machine learning A.I. evaluates client's historic data, profile and goals to determine proper adjustments within the program. Not only does EfitBot look at analytics, it can implement proprietary formulas to optimize the decision making. Coaches will have the ability to tweak attributes and fine-tune a client's program. This process is ongoing and we are expected to see significant improvements within 2021.

Coaches can create invoices, delete and change the status of invoice whether it is active, closed or on hold.
